DEFINITIONS
The Publisher: The person, natural or legal, who publishes the online public communication services.
The Site: All sites, Internet pages and online services offered by the Publisher.
The User: The person using the Site and the services.

Deleting data after account deletion

12- INDICATIONS IN THE EVENT OF A SECURITY FAILURE DETECTED BY THE PUBLISHER
User Information in the Event of a Security Breach

14- MODIFICATION OF THE CONFIDENTIALITY POLICY
In the event of a change to this Privacy Policy, we undertake not to lower the level of confidentiality substantially without prior notice to the persons concerned.

15- APPLICABLE LAW AND REMEDY TERMS
Arbitration clause
