Payment of the price is made by credit card via a secure electronic system. By providing his bank details, the customer accepts in advance and unconditionally that www.eagletransfert.fr proceeds with the secure transaction and authorizes his bank in advance to debit his account for the amount of the service. After confirmation by the Customer of his request for service and payment of the price, wwww.eagletransfert.fr sends him, in return, by email only, a reservation voucher summarizing the information related to the service. The customer is responsible for verifying the information contained in the reservation voucher. 3 – PRICES
www.eagletransfert.fr sets the price of the service based in particular on the information provided by the Customer, flat rates take priority over transfers. The prices indicated in our rates include VAT at the rate set by the regulations in force for transport services (10 % for transfers, 20 % for provision), driver service, fuel and unlimited personal insurance. transported, tolls are included in the transport. 4 – REGULATIONS
Payment methods accepted: Cash, bank cards (Visa, MasterCard). Any transport service by transfer or provision is payable upon ordering.
5 – RESERVATION AND CANCELLATION

Any reservation implies unreserved acceptance of these general conditions of sale. The client and the service provider undertake to respect all the clauses mentioned in this contract. No modification may be made to the above conditions except by prior agreement between the parties. 5 – 3 – PRICE INCREASE / DELAY
Any delay by the passenger(s) compared to the pick-up time indicated in the reservation voucher results in an increase in the price of the service, in the event that the customer notifies the driver by telephone at 07.70.01.14 .48, according to the following terms:
•More than 15 minutes late: 10 euros
•More than 30 minutes late: 25 euros
•For every additional half hour of delay: 25 euros
Payment of these surcharges occurs at the latest when the passenger(s) board the vehicle.
Any request for pick-up between 9:00 p.m. and 6:00 a.m. will be increased by 20%.
In the event of the customer's absence from the meeting place, beyond the first 15 free minutes, without any manifestation on his part, or response to the driver's telephone call, the service will be definitively lost, without the possibility of postponement and without being able to claim any reimbursement.
6 – QUALITY OF SERVICE
The transport of people for payment is a regulated activity. Only authorized vehicles can perform this service and:
